PayPal is an e-commerce business since 1998 allowing 
payments and money transfers be made through the internet. 
It serves as an electronic alternative to traditional 
paper methods such as checks and money orders. 
PayPal performs payment processing for online vendors, 
auction sites, and other corporate users, for which it 
charges a fee. In October 2002, Paypal became an 
eBay company, a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay. 
PayPal Inc. headquarters are in San Jose, California.

Business Account ，而 Personal Account

币。 
Premier Account （在个人账户中升等） 
：申请此账户，会员除可透过 PayPal 支付和收
取 PayPal 币外，以信用卡付款，以及收取
信用卡所支付的款项。 
Business Account （公司账户） ：专供公司
账户使用，如果你希望以公司的身分来申请帐
户，就必须选择 Business Account 。此账户
和 Premier Account 相同，都是可以用信用卡
来收付款。除此之外，在公司账户里你还可以给
每个使用者不同的权限。 
提示：使用 Premier Account 和 Business 
Account ，在进行任何收款时，都需支付费用 ，
请务必针对需求考虑清楚，再做决定。
